Surgery clinics

We offer a range of clinics and services at the surgery with a wide range of clinicians. There are some tasks you can do, such as health reviews, using our online forms.

Baby clinics

These are held at various times during the week for baby immunisations only. Enquiries/booking is via reception.

A well baby clinic is held with the health visitor for weighing and advice. Every Tuesday at High Trees Children’s Centre, which is in the grounds of Hertford Regional College.

Antenatal clinic

There is an antenatal clinic here at the surgery with the midwife on Mondays for women booked to deliver at Princess Alexandra Hospital or the Lister hospital. Ladies booked to deliver at Barnet or North Middlesex hospitals should contact the antenatal teams at the hospitals for details of clinics they can attend.

Diabetic clinic

These are held throughout the week by our Diabetic team.  An annual review appointment link will be sent to you around the month of your birthday.

Asthma/COPD clinics

These are held throughout the week by our Respiratory team.  An annual review appointment will be sent to you around the month of your birthday

Minor surgery and joint injections

Certain surgical procedures are performed on Thursday mornings in the surgery. Times and appointments will be arranged after assessment by one of the doctors. Joint injections may be done at this time, or by arrangement with your doctor

Flu vaccination clinic

These vaccinations are particularly recommended for patients over 65 as well as those with heart, lung or kidney disease, asthma or diabetes and also residents of nursing and rest homes. The clinics are usually held in September/October and appointments can be made by phone or at the reception desk from early September.

Health advice

Medical examinations (non-NHS) are available with the doctor; please note there is a fee (cash only) payable for private medicals.
