Why can’t I get an appointment?
GP practices across the country are experiencing significant and growing strain with declining GP numbers, rising demand, struggles to recruit…
The current construction work to create three additional consulting room and renovations to the existing areas has now reached phase 3. This phase mainly affects the area of the surgery .where the nursing rooms are located.
The newly formed and redecorated reception and waiting area has been restored to full working order as of Monday 23rd June. Please use the self check in whenever possible.
You can continue to make online requests, as before and there is no change to the appointment booking process. Forms, letters and prescriptions can also be collected from the reception desk.
We have made every effort to minimize the impact on our services and patient care, but there will be more clinicians working remotely due to space restrictions. The building work has been carefully planned to ensure the practice can continue operating safely and will be under constant review.
We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this time. Our staff will be happy to assist if you have any questions or concerns about accessing services during the construction period. Thank you for your cooperation as we work to improve the practice.
