50% find it easy to contact this GP practice using their website – We are investgating this as our website is exactly the same as other local practices in the area who scored higher on this.
34% find it easy to contact this GP practice using the NHS App – We are investigating this as we have the same configeration as other local practices who scored higher on this.
44% were offered a choice of time or day when they last tried to make a general practice appointment. We are investigating this as all of our patients are given a choice of appointment for all of our clinicans. Wherever possible we send patients a text link so they are able to choose the most convienient appointment, or are called back by our patient care services team.
