Looking After Your Own Health and Wellbeing

Caring for a family member, friend or neighbour can be demanding, often leading you to neglect your own health. Carers in Hertfordshire and GP surgeries in the Lower Lea Valley area have teamed up for this event dedicated to supporting you maintain your health and wellbeing. If your GP surgery is in Broxbourne, Cheshunt, Goffs Oak, Waltham Cross or Cuffley, join us for:
· Insightful discussions: Learn about Carer Health Checks, their benefits, and what a good Health Check looks like.
· Expert advice: Hear from local GP representatives and Carers in Hertfordshire about the other services available and upcoming events.
· Feeding back into services: Share what you feel you need from a health check, and what can be done to make it easier for you to attend these appointments.
